Short version: we use what you send us to answer you, and nothing else.
What we collect
When you send the estimate form, we receive what you type in (your name, phone number, email, town or address and project details) and any photos you attach. We do not collect anything else about you through this site, and we do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
How we use it
We use it to contact you about your project and to prepare an estimate. We do not sell or share it with anyone, except the suppliers or subcontractors we would need to involve to quote or do your job.
Where it is stored
Form submissions are stored by our website host, Netlify, and delivered to us by email. We keep them for as long as they are useful for your project and our records.
