We fix yard drainage problems for homes in Covington, Monroe, Social Circle and across Newton and Walton counties, working out of Mansfield. That means regrading the yard so water runs away from the house, underground gutter and downspout lines, French drains, catch basins and rock swales, and gravel driveways and building pads graded to drain.

Standing water, washed-out beds and a wet crawlspace after every storm all come back to grade. We reshape the ground so water runs away from the house, bury the gutters so downspouts stop dumping at the foundation, and add catch basins and rock where the water needs somewhere to go.

We also grade level pads for barns, garages and sheds, and haul and spread gravel for driveways and parking.

How we build it

Find where the water goes
We walk the property, ideally after a rain, to see where water is coming from and where it can go.
Crowned, compacted driveways
A crowned driveway sheds water to the sides instead of down the middle, which is what keeps it from rutting and washing out.
