On older homes we match the stone, brick and mortar that is already there, and we choose patio and wall materials that suit the house rather than fight it. Natural stone and clay brick usually look more at home here than bright concrete block.
Historic district
Exterior changes to properties in Madison’s historic district can need approval before work starts. Check with the city before you plan visible changes out front, and we will build to whatever is approved.
